Speed gates for the food industry and chill compartments:

Within the category of speed gates for the food industry, we also distinguish between types with PE (polyethylene) or INOX (stainless steel) casements and cowlings, which are made of thin, single sheeting without any major thermal insulation value for spaces of the same temperature, and with insulating PVC sheets for air spaces of different temperatures.
The types suitable for separating low temperatures (up to -25 degrees Celsius!) are available with a heated casement, with a rail, if required, or with a double PVC sheet with a high insulation value, with hot air circulation between the sheets.
The installation of the freezer speed gates can be carried out in the refrigerated area if space is limited, and the gate can operate normally at -25 degrees Celsius. The operation of the gates is energy efficient, with extremely low noise levels, adjustable travel speeds and minimal maintenance requirements.
Spiral gates:
Our range of spiral gates offer the speed of movement of PVC speed gates with tarpaulin, and also provide a solution for the asset protection and heat shield of interior spaces. The door leaf elements are made from 40 or 80mm thick material, have special thermal and acoustic insulation values, are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and for chill compartments, with a temperature range down to -25C degrees.
Sectional gates:
Gates with excellent sound and thermal insulation, as well as advanced asset protection, available in custom-made sizes and with track guides. Solid construction, long life, easy to operate, making logistics more efficient and secure.
The door elements are manufactured with a 40mm thick CFC-free polyurethane core, can be operated manually or automatically and are available in a wide range of colours.
