Inox, stainless, acid-proof doors
The armouring of the acid-proof sliding and opening doors is made of 0.8mm thick sheet metal with a protective film, which can be either natural or stainless with a brushed finish, depending on the application.Our Inox doors are manufactured with a design free of thermal bridging, with an internal structure of polyurethane foam, which provides a light and rigid door leaf structure and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation values.
The stainless steel casings and door leaf armouring are normally made using wnr 4301 material quality, but in case of special requirements (use of aggressive chemicals, salt, chlorine environment, corrosion risk) we can also offer a stronger acid-proof solution (wnr 4404, wnr 4571). The casements (and the complete structure) are normally installed on the outer plane of the host structure, using straight-way bolts in case of leaves, dowels in case of brick walls.
Sealing up to L1 to meet special air-tightness requirements is provided by food industry insulating rubbers, and for side-opening doors, doors are fitted with lifting hinges with painted metal or stainless steel (only for clean room doors or those with a staircase), or with a recessed threshold if required.
For sliding doors, all main fittings (bottom and top guide rails, top rollers, recessed handles) are made of stainless steel, unique on the market.
In addition to the opening and sliding swing doors, we also manufacture swing-doors with stainless steel armouring that can be opened in both directions, and for clean room, hospital or special food industry applications we offer PVC swing doors with stainless steel casements and cowlings at favourable prices.
