HINGED DOORS
Our refrigerator – food industry doors are made with a design free of thermal bridging, are fitted with heavy-duty metal hinges with the best quality German painted or chrome-plated finish, with lift-ramp hinges (the door leaf lifts when opened) and are manufactured with inside (opposite side of hinge) snap-action or retractable handle security locks.
For office, service or exterior doors used in spaces not requiring high levels of thermal insulation, we fit a pair of U-shaped stainless steel handles with standard or cylinder locking devices with anti-panic function.
Our doors can be supplied on request with an viewing window, retracting mechanism, magnetic latch, top core pass-through in the casing, external mechanical impact protection and air pressure equalising valve.
Our opening doors can provide L1 special air tightness (positioned for suction in case of pressure differential), meeting the most stringent food and refrigeration requirements. Similar to sliding doors, the stainless steel casing frame is usually attached to the outer plane of the wall or sandwich panel with a C-section profile, but the doors can also be installed inside a wall or plasterboard hole.
For deep freezer applications, the casing is fitted with 220V electric heating elements with a heating capacity of 20-22W/m or, if required, a recessed threshold below floor level (no recessed threshold is required for suitable underfloor heating). The doors can be manually or automatically operated and the sealing gaskets used are made of a special cold-resistant material and can be easily replaced if damaged.
The armouring of the door leaves is made of painted white (RAL 9010) coil plate sheets (polyester, food industry coating) in stock, in addition we can offer about 15 different RAL colour codes. In the case of stainless steel door leaves, the door can be supplied with a natural or brushed stainless steel surface, depending on the application. The stainless steel casings and door leaf armatures are normally made using material quality wnr 4301, but in special cases (use of aggressive chemicals, salt, chlorine environment, corrosion risk) we can also offer a stronger acid resistant solution (wnr 4404, wnr 4571).
